seeking a dynamic mid-level interior designer. Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent along with a Minimum of 4 years’ experience in designing residential or commercial interior projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

What You’ll Do
-
Managing all aspects of the interior design projects from conception to installation - Determine the layout, design scheme, and palette.

Render the design utilizing technology appropriate for the job and client via design tools like AutoCAD, Sketchup and other rendering software.

Prepare design presentations for client meetings based on Leadership comments and the Design Team’s overall vision.

Source the furniture and various design elements - It is key to this role that the successful candidate has a breadth of sources over a large variety of styles.

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

Pricing out of all furnishing selections, maintaining orderly vendor correspondence, managing project schemes and palettes for multiple projects simultaneously.
Who You are
-
AutoCAD experience: Ability to be able to outline projects in AutoCAD, create scaled furniture plans and produce base floor plans.

Ability to create basic 3D models for presentations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms, iPhones, iPads, APPs, etc.
